Al Adeeb History Our History 1945 Adeeb Kalo’s eldest brother establishes new pharmacy in Al Mousel, Iraq. 1958 Adeeb Kalo graduates from Royal College of Pharmacy in Iraq. 1960 Adeeb establishes his first Pharmacy 1962 Adeeb becomes agent of many pharmaceutical companies, and medical and dental supplies. 1965 Adeeb goes in partnership with his eldest brother and establishes new drug store in Baghdad. 1976 Government takes control of importing all pharmaceuticals. Adeeb continues drug distribution locally. 1978 Adeeb opens new pharmacy and new drug store in Baghdad. 1991 Adeeb moves it’s business from Al Mousel to Baghdad. 2003 Government allows private sector to import drugs again. 2003 Al Adeeb forms strong partnerships and establishes Al Najat Pharma. 2004 Adeeb’s son, Faris Kalo, becomes the general manager of Al Adeeb Pharma 2008 Al Adeeb grows into Al Adeeb Scientific Drug bureau. 2012 Al Jibal Scientific Drug bureau is launched in Iraq. 2013 Distribution for GSK in Iraq. 2014 Al Adeeb Pharma Co. is established as an overarching offshore company. 2015 Launched Ace Medical, a Jordanian free zone company to import, store and ship products to Iraq.
